This is a parish run retreat for th ose who are interested in learning more about Theology of the Body for tee nagers/young adults. This is a unique opportunity\, to engage in an intens ive weekend of formation using the program “YOU: Life\, Love and the Theol ogy of the Body by Brian Butler\, Crystalina and Jason Evert.”

Below is a description of the program… The program is geared towards teens\, so it is ideal for those who are Youth Leaders\, Parents of Teens or a curious young adult wanting to learn more about the truth about their bodies\, their sexuality\, and their unique call to love.
\n\n\nA Life-Changing Experience for Teens
\nIdentity . Gender. Love. Chastity. The world is a difficult place for teens\, and i t has become increasingly hard for parents and educators to help teens dis cover the truth about their bodies\, their sexuality\, and their unique ca ll to love.
\nIn an age of “selfies” and egocentrism\, You cuts through the noise to present an authentic view of the human person. I t presents young people with the extraordinary story of their creation as unrepeatable individuals. But the program doesn’t stop there.
\nYOU: Life\, Love\, and the Theology of the Body introduces teens to t he truth that life is not\, in fact\, all about them\; it is about going o ut of themselves to be a sincere gift for others.
Dates: Fri Nov 2 – Sun Nov 4 at the Augusti nian Retreat House in Terrigal.
\nCost is $30 for meals and accommod ation.
\nThis is an adults only retreat lead by Fr Sumesh Joseph OSA .
\nParticipants will have to provide their own transport to the ven ue and back.
